Helpful and excellent staff. Had beautifully decorated and well-appointed rooms at my disposal with the real pictures, sunning balcony and very small flat screen televisions. Vews to the beach and pools. Stunning setting on a golf course which is n't true.

Our family had a really really nice stay on our family vacation at this nice apartment next to the Ocean restaurant. It was wonderful on the opposite side as the beach.

The Villa was extremely nice, with a prompt fix for the AC. The location facing a grassy area by a water pool was peaceful and full of wildlife. It felt like a home away from home and made the trip very relaxing. The beach was beautiful and the resort had plenty to offer, including food options for everyone.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The condo we stayed in was spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the washer and dryer were a great convenience. The condo also had nice drapery that kept out the sun when we wanted to sleep in.

The condo itself was outdated and had a stale odor. There were several maintenance issues, such as a hole in the shower, low water pressure, and a nail sticking up through the carpet.

The bedroom was spacious with views of the ocean. The stuff was so superbly friendly.

Hosts were cooperative, even gave us room with sunning balcony. We could enjoy views of the ocean.

Clean location and grounds, with plenty of activities for kids. Situated close to the beach. Pools were enjoyable, although chair availability was limited due to towel reservation. Good price, friendly staff, and modern rooms. A pleasant stay, with plans to return in the future.

Gorgeous building. You are about a 10-minute drive from Panama City Beaches: )

We stayed at Edgewater Beach Resort for a week-long vacation and couldn't have been happier. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the ocean from our beachfront balcony. The staff was friendly and followed all safety protocols, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay. The resort's location was convenient, with easy parking and quick access to everything we needed. Plus, no more waiting forever for elevators - a big plus!

Our unit was outdated and in need of a thorough cleaning. The condition of the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable, as it felt like there were broken springs.

Nice Facility close to beach, nice beach access, very nice main pool

Older room blinds were broke and kept falling, had huge puddle of water in kitchen floor every morning i woke up, and the most irritating issue is there check in was at 4:00 PM and there check out time was at 10:00 AM and would not allow later check out with out extra charge, then when I arrived to check out... there was one staff member and a line out the front door of other guests checking out. Most likely will never stay again...
